NaCl The Salt Spa was established in 2017 to bring Halotherapy to Champaign and surrounding county. Salt therapy is a natural remedy that involves inhaling pure Sodium Chorine (NaCl) in a comfortable, controlled environment.

NaCl Salt Spa is a combine group of like minded individuals with various Holistic background and skills. It is our goal to be the Holistic and Alternative Health Hub for Champaign and surround counties. Each of our staff bring a warm welcoming attitude to our clients.
Melinda Kondracki

Melinda Kondracki has made it her lifelong mission to help those around her feel better inside and out. She began her journey 20 years ago at Central Ohio School of Massage after watching her beloved grandma battle countless strokes and diabetes. Since then, she has continued her holistic education at IHHC (now known as Global Academy for Energetic Education).
Cammie Starkey

Cammie Starkey graduated from the Dayton school of Medical Massage in 2020. In my free time I love to watch movies with my fiancé & go on coffee dates. I love the art of massage & love helping all of you. I’m excited to grow and further my career here .
Amanda Knott

Amanda believes that when our body, mind and spirit are aligned we can take on life a bit more easily. She strives to make a positive impact on the lives of others each day.
She is a 2003 graduate of Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health in Atlanta, GA. There she received her certification in Massage Therapy, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Reflexology and Chair Massage.
Cheryl Hainey
Certified Reflexologist, Reiki, AromaTouch (Doterra) & Symphony of the Cells therapy

Cheryl began her holistic wellness journey in 2001 with certifications in Aromatherapy and Reiki.
Most
recently becoming a Certified Reflexologist in April 2023. Health and wellness is not one-size-fits-all, but
is unique and different for each individual. Through a combination of alternative modalities and a spirit
of gratitude, Cheryl looks forward to supporting her clients in their physical, emotional, and spiritual
approaches to living healthy, full lives.
Cheryl is a graduate of the Reflexology Certification Institute in Worthington, Ohio and received her
Aromatherapy and Reiki certifications at the Ohio Academy of Holistic Health in Xenia, Ohio. She is also a
lot of things to a lot of people (wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, auntie, friend and
experienced grant writer)!
Lisa Williams
Certified in Relaxation Massage, Thai Reflexology, Thai Massage, & AromaTouch
Lisa started her journey in the
holistic field by avidly doing Bikram and Modo Yoga in 2010. From there she started working at Alternative Healing Arts in Springfield, OH under Dr. Judy Jones. And received her certification in Advanced QEEG and BrainCore Neurofeedback and offered at Dr Jones's practice.
There she also was introduced to the art of massage. She was amazed by the peaceful feeling she felt after her sessions. She wanted to assist in recreating the Zen experience for others by learning relaxation massage.
Lisa gained her certification in relaxation massage from Global Academy of Energetic Education at the end of February 2024.
In her spare time, she enjoys meditation, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and her newest adventure is salsa dance classes.
Samantha Jo Shoemaker
LPN, Licensed Wedding Officiant, Reiki Master Practitioner

Samantha has been in the healing field since 2009. She is a nurse with Holistic Health as her forefront. She trained with Ali Hader and Melissa Crawhurst to become a Reiki Master in May 2021. Samantha believes in integrity, honesty, and follow-through in word. Also believing there is no fear in love and we can get through anything together.

Catherine Hinkle
Certified Holistic Life Coach and Nutritionist, Practical Reiki Master

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Intuitive Counselor
Catherine received her FNP Certification and Masters Degree from the Ohio State University in 2018 and went on to obtain her Holistic Life Coach and Nutritionist Certification from the American Fitness Professionals & Associates. In addition, she is a Certified Reiki Master and received her training in 2018 in Columbus, OH. She is continuing her studies with The Reiki Awakening Academy.
She enjoys volunteering at the ASPCA in her free time.

Janey
Welsh
Usui Reiki Master

Janey is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Associated degree of Arts. Janey attained the advanced degree of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki from The Reiki Center For Healing Arts in Columbus, Ohio & Reiki Master degree from Cheri Roof, Reiki Master Teacher of Sings My Soul, LLC. She has taken classes to further develop her abilities in psychic mediumship, oracle cards, crystal & more. Janey has natural abilities, experiencing seven out of the eight clair’s. Each clair presents stronger depending on how Spirit communicates with her. Janey's strongest clair’s are clairsentience (clear feeling), clairvoyant (clear seeing) and claircognizance (clear knowing). Janey had her first experience with Spirit around age 5 and has been working to navigate her clair’s and her connection with spirit ever since. Janey feels most fulfilled when working & supporting others to help reach their fullest potential.
