Cost: love donation only Hands of Healing Community Reiki Circle with Catherine Catherine is a USAF Veteran who served until 2008. She is also a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master and Intuitive Counselor.....and Caregiver....and the list goes on. She came up with this Reiki healing for people like her who give time and energy to others in a service capacity. She hopes you will join her in this very restorative healing practice. After consistently providing support to others, it's now your moment to redirect that care and attention towards yourself by embracing the healing benefits of Reiki. This Reiki gathering is open to those in service roles, such as caregivers, medical professionals, support personnel, military members, veterans, and others in service-oriented positions. Your presence at this circle is requested to reconnect and receive appreciation for your contributions to others and the community. In our commitment to assisting others, we often encounter stress, sadness, anxiety, and even anger. We must learn to be a pillar of support without absorbing others' energies and carrying them as our own. It can be challenging to operate in high-stress environments or to provide care during times of illness and adversity. However....that's just the essence of who you are! Let us acknowledge and celebrate all your efforts! Even holding space for others in our lives can disrupt our energy balance.
