Symphony of the Cells™ is a collection of essential oil applications designed to help anyone bring harmony physically, emotionally, and spiritually within the body. Each of the 21 applications was created with the knowledge that every condition is connected to a body system. This allows for a focused approach, addressing a specific body system and targeting the underlying causes and symptoms of various conditions. Oils are applied to the length of spine, from the sacrum to the base of the skull, and distributed across the back in the order below. Oils are also introduced to the soles of the feet. In some applications, heat may be applied to the spine to help generate additional movement of the essential oils throughout the body. In general, if someone has a relatively positive history of health, a proactive approach is to perform an application as often as 1-3 times a month. For someone with a present condition, an application can be performed as often as 2-3 times a week for 1-2 weeks, or as needed, and then return to a proactive application.
