Service Description
Yoga Nidra, or "guided rest," is a guided meditation practice that brings you to a state of conscious relaxation between waking and sleeping. Through systematic body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization, it helps release physical tension and mental stress. This practice balances your nervous system, boosts emotional well-being, and cultivates inner peace. It's a powerful tool for reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and enhancing mindfulness, accessible to everyone. Reiki healing & intuitive messages will also be offered during our guided rest to all participants and as a wonderful addition to this event, Melinda K. (NaCl Spa) owner will be gifting us with some sound healing.

Cancellation Policy
!!!!PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT!!!!​ Your appointment time is very important to US and YOU! We understand things come up and schedule adjustments are inevitable. Therefore, we respectfully ask for you to give us a 24-hour notice of any changes or cancellation!!! Please understand if you cancel or "No Show" to your Booked appointment without a 24-hour notice it prevents another guest from the opportunity to enjoy our services;​ The VERY Important part!!!! In the event, The Salt Spa doesn't receive a 24-hour notice of cancellation. You're Booked Appointment is subject to a cancellation fee amounting up to 50% of the service cost.​ For appointments that require rescheduling after 3 attempts and/or after 3 no call no shows, we may ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service to be made to hold the new appointment date and time. Couple Massage &/or Couple Reflexology Session booking- In order to book a couple massage and/or reflexology session, a deposit of $50 will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be kept if the clients do not show and/or call to cancel/ reschedule 24 hours prior to schedule appointment time.
